Many issues can resolved quickly by remote
control, and regular maintenance is more efficient for all.
Drop off Service:
Bring your computer in for evaluation or service.
More time and resources are afforded this way. Some issues can only
be resolved "in the shop". A standard evaluation is 1 hour,
and can include a non-major repair.

backup + recovery, training, advice, consulting; Cable and DSL installation,
wireless networking, dial-up networking; minor TV, telephone and Ethernet
cabling, USB and 1394 Firewire devices, data backup to CD, DVD and more,

Rates:
$60-80 per
hour, 1 hour minimum for local,
then pro rate.
$50 per hour
for drop off/pickup. 1 hour minimum, etc.
$1 per minute for Remote
Service, 1/2 hour minimum.
* Rates changes may
apply for non cash paying clients and for travel to locations farther
away than 10 minutes from the home office.

is an hourly labor help-based service. No guarantees are offered for
works performed for system performance or reliability due to the varying
nature of computer component quality and compatibility, new and used,
and also due to operator error/behavior. However, we do work to resolve
all issues as best we can within reason.
